设计了一款由5片塑料非球面透镜和1个红外滤光片组成的1300万像素的手机镜头,系统采用1/3 inch(1 inch=2.54 cm)的CMOS作为该镜头的图像传感器,像素颗粒大小为1.12 mm。镜头的焦距为3.9 mm,F数为2.2,视场角为78°。在1/2极限频率处调制传递函数(MTF)值都大于0.4,可以获得优质的成像效果,最大畸变小于2%,相对照度大于36%,公差也相对较松,能够满足生产中的需要。 关键词 Abstract The 1300 megapixel mobile phone camera lens which is composed of five plastic aspheric lenses and an infrared (IR) filter is designed. We use a 1/3 inch (1 inch=2.54 cm) CMOS as the image sensor, and the pixel size is 1.12 mm. The mobile phone lens has an effect focal length of 3.9 mm, an F-number of 2.2, and a field-of-view (FOV) of 78°. All modulation transfer function values at the half limiting frequency are greater than 0.4. Simulation results show that the lens has an excellent imaging performance. The maximal distortion of the lens is less than 2%, the relative illumination is more than 36%, and the tolerance is rather loose. It can satisfy the requirements of practical production.
