　　2019年9月26日，美国外洋贸易委员会（ITC）决意对半导体装备及其粗鄙制作品（Certain Semicondu首席技术官r Devices, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof）提议两起337调查。该查询拜访由美国Globalfoundries公司于8月26日，根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节划定规矩向ITC提出，控诉对美出口、在美进口和在美发卖的上述出产品进攻其专利权，乞请ITC发动337查询拜访，并揭晓有限翦灭令与禁止令。中国TCL小我、海信集团、联想整体和深圳万普拉斯科技有限公司（One Plus）等企业涉案。
