	CHINA-LAND INTERIOR DESIGN & CONTRACTING COMPANY established in 1990 in Hong Kong is a company of fair magnitude and professional standard. The Company has a capable, efficient team with excellent experiences, good techniques, strict managment and perfect construction. Ever since the aim of the Company is to expand our business in China. The speedy Economic growth of China in recent year, the demands in good decoration, interior design and the like are very high. In view of the trend, the company has especially strengthened to train our staffs to update their skill in interior design, management and constructing as well as to form an ideal staff organization to meet the market's needs, besides we also upgrade our professional standard and improve our sevice for potential customers' requirement. 	(1) Chongqing Guest House Company Limited; (2) Renmin Hotel, Chongqing; (3) Holiday Inn, Yangtze, Chongqing; (4) Holiday Inn, Growne Plaza Harbourview, Xia Men; (5) Holiday Inn, Dalian; (6) Galaxy Night Club, Dalian; (7) Bao Li Hang International Group, Dalian; (8) Bank of China, Dalian Branch-partially renewed; (9) Wanda Corporation, Heilongjiang, Harbin; (10) Haitian Hotel, Qingdao-partially renewed.
	After our careful redesigned and sophisticated renovation all the above stated projects were recognized by the China Travel Agent to be high class hotels in the range of three starsto five stars. In order to meet the market's trend in near future, the Company had purchased a piece of land in Fuqing, Fujian in 1995 to build our own factory. The Company plans to invest HKD15,000,000.00 on the first phase and HKD25,000,000.00 on the second phase to produce and manufacture furniture, sofa, glass, stainless steel and processing marble specially to furnish a range of services to meet the increasing demands by hotels and to becomes a group of supplying various relevant services in the this field.
